Pune City : 969 New Covid Cases Today, Check Ward Wise Positive Cases

Pune, October 07, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 1060 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 969 new patients were detected while 22 people died today. Today swab samples of 5438 were collected for COVID tests.

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 151,402 out of which 133,600 have been cured while 3731 have died. There are still 14,071 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 908 critical patients out of which 493 are on ventilator support.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 6,757,131 across the country. Out of this, 57,44,693 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 104,555 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 907,883 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
