Pune: Clash Between Hotel Staff And Customers At Warje, Case Registered Against 13
Pune, 30th November 2022: An incident took place in a hotel in the Warje area. In this case, contradictory complaints have been given, and a case has been registered against 13 people. Danny Amrit Bahadur Subba (32), Manager of Chandni Bar and Restaurant in the Warje area, has filed a complaint in this regard. Accordingly, the Warje police have registered a case against 10 persons, including Prasad Gajanan Dhmale, Shivraj Chavan, Babu Dasraj, Swaraj Bhosle, Omkar Kangane, Omkar Phatak, and Shravan Pawar. The accused assaulted the security guard of the hotel and also vandalized the area. Subba tried to mediate. Subba has said in the complaint that the accused hit his head with a glass.
Meanwhile, in this case, the opposing plaintiff Shivaji Sanjay Chavan (26), a resident of Gosavi Vasti, Karvenagar, has filed a complaint. A case has also been registered against Chandni Bar manager Danny Subba, Chandan Paswan, Vikas Kumar Yadav, and Aranjit Sib Chopal. Shivaji Chavan and his friends were drinking alcohol at the bar. At that time, there was an argument between Omkar Kangane and the security guard of the hotel. Chavan has said in the counter-complaint that hotel worker and manager Danny Subba hit Shivagil on the head with a glass. Police sub-inspector Holkar is investigating.
