Pune: Co-Passenger On Two-Wheeler Dies In Collision With ST Bus On Solapur Road
Hadapsar, 2nd December 2022: A co-passenger on a two-wheeler was killed in a collision with a speedy ST bus on the Pune-Solapur road in the Hadapsar area. The bike rider was injured in the accident. The name of the deceased is Sanjay Sudam Salve (40), a resident of Ramtekdi, Hadapsar. In this regard, a case was registered against the ST bus driver Chand Sultan Nasruddin Sheikh (31), a resident of Kumbhargaon, Karmala, District Solapur.
Two-wheeler rider Prakash Ashok Ghusar (19), a resident of Ramtekdi, Hadapsar, has filed a complaint at Wanwadi police station. The two-wheeler riders Ghusar and Salve had left on the Solapur road around 12.30 am.
A speeding ST bus hit their two-wheeler at Ramtekdi Chowk in the Hadapsar area. Salve, a co-passenger on the two-wheeler, was seriously injured in the accident, while rider Ghusar was injured. Salve, who was seriously injured, died before treatment. Police sub-inspector Gawde is investigating.
