Pune, 24th December 2022: Many students who recently enrolled in engineering and management programmes offered by Pune’s Zeal Education Trust but are now requesting cancellation are in a challenging circumstance.

The college is demanding that they pay between Rs 50,000 and Rs one lakh to have their admission revoked; in the absence of payment, the administration has refused to restore their original documents. Students and parents are under a great deal of mental stress, and those who were already suffering a financial situation that drove them to request cancellation in the first place are getting the shaft twice.

According to the regulations, in the event of admission cancellation, institutions must return the admission money after subtracting just 10%. The Maharashtra Technical Education Director, Dr Abhay Wagh, has given directives in this regard.

Numerous pupils have voiced their frustration and anguish over the circumstance.
