Pune: Construction Company From Telangana Cheats Customer Of Rs 64 Lakh, FIR Registered
Nigdi, 3rd March 2023: A construction company in Telangana has defrauded a citizen of Chinchwad of Rs 64 lakh by claiming to provide two flats in a pre-launch project. The said incident happened from December 2020 to September 2022.
In this regard, a woman filed a complaint at Nigdi police station on Wednesday (1st March) and a case has been registered against the managing director of Infratech Venture India Hyderabad, Lakshminarayan Budati (44), Parvati Budati (40), Poornachander Rao and Bhaskar Naidu, all residents of Hyderabad.
According to the information given by the police, the accused are pre-launching the elite project of 10 towers in which the complainant’s husband and daughter were lured to buy a flat. The accused thence took Rs 64 lakhs from them. A case has been registered against the accused at the Nigdi police station.
