Pune: Container Hits Divider Resulting In Damage Of Two Vehicles Near Navle Bridge

Narhe, 22nd November 2022: A minor accident occurred on Tuesday (November 22) afternoon, fresh from the incident of a speeding truck hitting 48 vehicles in two accidents in the Navle Bridge area on the Mumbai-Bangalore bypass on Sunday (November 20) night. Two vehicles were damaged when the speeding container hit the divider. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the incident.

 

Two separate accidents took place on Sunday night in the Navle bridge area on the outer ring road. The truck hit 48 vehicles. One biker died, and 13 others were injured in the accident. After the accident, the issue of dangerous traffic on the bypass came to the fore again. After the accident, Senior officials visited the spot.

A meeting of senior officials was held in this regard. The police and district administration on Monday (November 21) decided to prepare a long-term action plan to prevent accidents on the bypass.

 

Today, a minor accident occurred on the outer ring road. The overrunning container hit the divider resulting in two vehicles being damaged in this incident. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police rushed to the spot. With the help of cranes, trucks and vehicles were removed and traffic came back to its normal pace.
