Pune: Youth Killed For Not Returning Rs 28 Lakh Taken For Betting

Pune, 22nd November 2022: An incident has come to light where a young man was abducted and killed for not returning Rs 28 lakh taken for gambling. In this case, the Bharti Vidyapeeth police arrested two people. The deceased person has been identified as Nikhil alias Sankat Chandrasekhar Anubhule (32), a resident of Aaisaheb Building, Ambegaon Khurd. Lahu Mane (40) and Vishal Amarale (35) have been arrested in this case.

 

Nikhil’s wife, Harshada (24), has filed a complaint. The accused and Anubhule knew each other. Anbhule had taken Rs 28 lakh from the accused for betting on cricket matches. The accused was angry because Anbhule did not return the money. Mane then started threatening him.

Anbhule was abducted from the Bibwewadi area and kept in possession. Then the accused killed him by stabbing him with a weapon.

 

After filing a complaint in this case, an investigation was conducted under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Srihari Bahirat of Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station. Mane and Amarale were arrested.
