Pune Court Rejects Anticipatory Bail Application Of Businessman Gautam Pashankar And His Daughter Rinul In Cheating Case
Pune, 30th September 2021: The district court today rejected the anticipatory bail applications of businessman Gautam Pashankar and his daughter Rinul in a cheating case.
Based on a complaint from Narendra Panditrao Patil (42), resident of Spring Society, Panchavati, an FIR has been registered against the accused at Shivajinagar police station.
According to police, Patil had purchased two flats in Proxima Creation Society in Kharadi for Rs 2.47 crore. However, Patil was never given possession of the flats. Later, the flats were sold to two other persons.
When Patil sought a clarification he was severaly beaten at Pashankar’s office and his right leg was fractured.
