Pune: Criminal On Police Record Murdered In Dattawadi

Dattawadi, 11th July 2021: A notorious goon was killed by four persons in Dattawadi around 7 pm today. Police suspect the murder to be a fallout of rivalry to establish supremacy in the area.

The deceased has been identified as Akshay Kirve (30). The process of registration of an FIR is going on at Dattawadi police station.

According to police, there are six cases against Kirve. He had recently returned to the city after completing an externment period (tadipar). Today he was attacked near Mangribaba chowk with sharp weapons.

Teams from Dattawadi police station and Crime Branch are searching for the accused.
