Pune: De-Addiction Centre Caretaker’s Tooth Broken For Stopping Two Women From Kissing

Pune, 12th July 2021: A 64-year-old woman caretaker was beaten and her teeth were broken for stopping two girls from kissing each other. The incident took place at a de-addiction center in Pune.

The caretaker has lodged a complaint with Sinhagad road police station. She was a caretaker at the Kripa Foundation’s de-addiction centre.

According to police, the incident took place four months ago. The elderly woman had gone to Mumbai for dental treatment after being beaten.

After returning to Pune, she lodged a complaint against the accused on Saturday. The two young women were kissing each other at the de-addiction centre on February 19 at around 5 pm.

The caretaker had stopped the two young women from kissing each other. So the enraged young women, with the help of their other two accomplices, beat the caretaker. In the beating, the accused broke the victim’s tooth. Police are investigating the case.
