Pune: Deadline To Apply For MHADA Houses Extended Till February 25

Pune, 4th February 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board has announced the allotment for 5,915 houses in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad city for citizens of various income groups. The deadline for online application for the same was Saturday (February 4).

However, this year it was made mandatory to submit all the documents while applying. Citizens as well as public representatives were also facing difficulties in getting these documents. In this background, MHADA has extended the deadline for online application for houses till February 25, while the house lot will be announced on March 7.

2,594 flats under various schemes of MHADA, 2,990 flats under the 20 per cent comprehensive housing scheme, and 396 flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana are being released for a total of 5,915 flats. It has 2,925 houses available on a first come first served basis. This year, for the first time, it has been made mandatory to submit proof of residence certificate, income proof, and if applying from a reserved category along with the online application. Also, these applications are being scrutinized online. Therefore, citizens are rushing to submit various certificates. Some have applied but have not yet received the certificate.

Deposit Acceptance Deadline: February 27
Draft List of Final Applications for Draw Released: March 3
Final List of Applications for Draw Released: March 5
Draw Released: March 7
