Pune: Dress Code Enforced at Moraya Gosavi Mandir in Pimpri Chinchwad, Guidelines Issued

Pimpri-Chinchwad, 13th April 2025: The Chinchwad Devasthan Trust has enforced a strict dress code for devotees visiting the Sanjeevan Samadhi Temple of Shri Moraya Gosavi Maharaj and Shri Mangalmurti Wada.
Men are required to wear traditional and modest attire such as sshirts, t-shirts with full pants, or dhoti-kurta/pajama. Women must wear sarees, salwar kameez, Punjabi suits, or other traditional Indian clothing. Clothes that are modern, transparent, sleeveless, torn, revealing, or informal are strictly prohibited within the temple premises.
The Trust has urged all devotees to respect the sanctity of the temple and contribute to maintaining a devotional atmosphere. Citing the temple’s spiritual and cultural significance, the Trust emphasized the importance of appropriate conduct and attire while visiting.
Devotees are requested to follow the dress code and uphold the traditions and values associated with the legacy of Shri Moraya Gosavi Maharaj.
