Pune: During Break Up Fight, Youth Bites Cheek Of Girlfriend; FIR Registered
Kondhwa, 3rd April 2022: A 22-year-old youth has been booked by Pune city police for allegedly assaulting and biting the cheek of his ex-girlfriend.
Based on a complaint from the 21-year-old girl, the Kondhwa police station has registered an FIR against Danish Vijay Nair, a resident of Sasanenagar, Hadapsar.
According to police, Nair and the complainant had a love affair. The two had an argument after their love affair broke up. Four days ago, the young woman was passing through the Undri area in the afternoon. At that moment, Nair stopped her in the street and started arguing. Nair assaulted the girl and abused her. He fled after biting her cheek.
The frightened girl rushed to the Kondhwa police station and lodged a complaint. Police Sub-Inspector Chaitrali Gapat is further investigating the case.
