Pune: Emerald Isle Co-Operative Housing Society Elects New Managing Committee For Next Five Years

Wagholi, 1st March 2023: The Emerald Isle co-operative housing society in Pune, has completed its election for the managing committee for the next five years. The election was held on 28th February with PD Auti appointed as the authorized returning officer by the Deputy Register of Pune. The election was completed successfully, with a new committee elected to lead the society.

The newly elected managing committee members are Ranjit Sinha as Chairman, Puspendra Singh as Secretary, and Tejas Shinde as Treasurer. The committee members again elected Ranjit Sinha as society chairman and Puspendra Singh as secretary.

Chairman Ranjit Sinha expressed his gratitude towards the society members for their support during the last tenure. During their previous tenure, the committee has completed various development projects in the society, including property registration, water supply pipeline connection from gram panchayat, club house and society office construction, CCTV camera installation, an agreement with ‘Swachh seva sansthan’ for Door to Door garbage collection, society account opening in SBI bank to facilitate online transfer, and no cash collection, old dues maintenance recovery of approximately twelve lakhs, broken boundary wall demolition and construction of new boundary wall with the support of gram panchayat which saved six lakhs of society fund.

The newly elected committee members are now focused on completing society deemed convenience deed, installation of small genset for backup power supply at common area, society beautification, and other development activities suggested by society members.

The new committee members thanked each society member for their support and looked forward to working together to achieve the society’s goals in the next five years. The successful election and the formation of the new committee promise a bright future for the Emerald Isle co-operative housing society.
