Pune: EPFO Akurdi Ensures Quick Redressal of PF Grievances at District Outreach Program
Pune, 30th May 2023: The Employees provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) caters to the social security needs of its members. In the past various outreach programs like webinars, seminars, pension adalat etc were initiated for ease of living of members.
Now, with the intent to expand the horizon in all the districts, it is to inform that an outreach program for ease of living of members, for newly covered establishment, establishment covered under the EPF & MP Act, 1952 was done under the newly launched NIDHI AAPKE NIKAT 2.0 as a District Outreach Program on 29th May 2023 by EPFO Regional Office Akurdi Pune-2 in the premises of M/s Hinjawadi Industries Association(HIA), Geometric Phase-I, Plot No. 43/3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Pune-411057 During this event information was shared among the subscribers, stakeholder, employers and pensioners on various PF and Pension related issues such as, Procedure for filling of ECR , DSC registration, updation of form 5A, procedure of filling E-nomination, International Workers Compliance, updation of contractor/principal employer on PE portal, updation of DLC, filling process of various online claims such as Form 10D, EDLI, Form 20(death case), final withdrawal, transfer etc and any other PF related issue & query raised during this programme.
During this programme a special session was conducted by Rajendra Banajwade Account Officer (Pension) on Higher Wages Pension matter regarding procedure of filling joint option, applicability, calculation of higher wages etc and they tried to clear pensioners doubt, their queries and other issue related to higher wages pension. He also explain the availability of calculation sheet on higher wages pension and FAQ.
The queries/grievances during this event raised by the pensioners, subscribers or stakeholders were resolved on the spot otherwise any of the queries/grievances which need further assistant/information from the concerned wing has been registered and being resolved at earliest.
As per Head Office New Delhi guidelines an invitation was sent to Director ESIC Pune Zone to participate in this programme so that the grievances of workers/beneficiaries can be redressed on the same day under one roof.
This event is organised under the guidance of K Ravindra Kumar Regional PF Commissioner-I followed by Manoj Mane, Regional PF Commissioner-II , Mahesh Ghale, Nodal Officer, Manoj Asrani Enforcement Officer, Rajendra Banajwade, Account Officer (Pension), Akhory Sandip Section Supervisor, Alok Kumar, Kumar Amit, Chandrashekar Azad, Ritesh Kumar, Hemraj Mehra, Gulab Chavan, Sunil Nerkar and the team of PF official of Akurdi Office.
Further, Arun Pawar on behalf of Hinjawadi Industries Association Pune and their members attend the said programme and congratulated EPFO Akurdi for organising such programme for quick redressal of grievance of PF subscribers and appreciated the efforts of EPFO Akurdi for providing better services to PF Subscribers, stakeholders and pensioners. Further on behalf of Emcure Pharmacuticals Ltd Amit Patil, Pramod Kumar Patil, Gaurav Upadhyay, Pramod Desai attended the event and express their gratitude regarding the aforesaid programme. Everyone appreciated the event organized and hope to organize more such event at regular interval.
