Pune: EPFO Launches ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ Initiative to Enhance Member Services

Pune, 28th July 2023: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has launched a new initiative called “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” to provide enhanced ease of service for its members. The initiative aims to bring EPFO services closer to its members and improve their experience with the organization.

Now, with the intent to expand the horizon in all the districts, it is to inform that an outreach program for ease of living of members, for newly covered establishment, establishment covered under the EPF & MP Act, 1952 was done under the newly launched NIDHI AAPKE NIKAT 2.0 as a District Outreach Program on 27th July 2023 by EPFO Regional Office Akurdi Pune-2 in the premises of M/s The Sunshine Resort, Plot No. 151, Off Mumbai-Pune Highway, New Tungarli Road, Near Don Bosco School, Lonavala, Pune-410401. During this event information was shared among the subscribers, stakeholder, employers and pensioners on various PF and Pension related issues such as, Filling of Grievance & their Mechanism and Fraud Prevention, DSC registration, updation of form 5A, procedure of filling E-nomination, updation of contractor/principal employer on PE portal, updation of DLC, filling process of various online claims such as Form 10D, EDLI, Form 20(death case), final withdrawal, transfer etc and any other PF related issue & query raised during this programme.

Speaking about the initiative, EPFO’s Hon’ble Member of Central Board of Trustee, Prabhakar J Banasure, said, “Nidhi Aapke Nikat is a significant step towards enhancing the ease of service for our members and appeal to all stakeholders, subscribers and employers to save their PF accumulation for their future benefit. Further 03 PPO handed over by Prabhakar J Banasure to the pensioners under Prayaas.

The Regional PF Commissioner-I K Ravindra Kumar said “EPFO’s ongoing efforts to leverage technology and improve service delivery to its members. The organization has been at the forefront of digital transformation in the country’s financial sector, and this initiative is another step in that direction. Further Manoj Mane Regional PF Commissioner-II appeal to all stakeholder, pensioners & subscribers never share UAN detail, OTP and other financial related information to anyone and elaborate the process of filling of request in respect of member profile correction.

During this programme a special session was conducted by Rajendra Banajwade Account Officer (Pension) on Higher Wages Pension matter regarding procedure of calculation of higher wages also through Power Point Presentation made them aware to employer how to upload wages detail through text/file etc and they tried to clear pensioners doubt, their queries and other issue related to higher wages pension. He also explains the availability of calculation sheet on higher wages pension and FAQ. Digital Life Certificate updated through face authentication application in respect of 19 pensioners whose DLC was not updated from more than 01 year.

This event is organised under the guidance of K Ravindra Kumar Regional PF Commissioner-I followed by Manoj Mane, Regional PF Commissioner-II , Mahesh Ghale, Nodal Officer, Manoj Asrani Enforcement Officer, Rajendra Banajwade, Account Officer (Pension), Rajnish Kumar, Sandip Akhory, Alok Kumar, Kumar Amit, Chandrashekar Azad, Kumar, Hemraj Mehra and the team of PF official of Akurdi Office.
