Pune: Fabricated Shed Collapses at Construction Site, No Casualty Reported
Kondhwa, 27th February 2023: A fabricated shed collapsed at the under-construction site of Lodha Bella Vita in NIBM Annexe, Pune.
The incident took place on Sunday evening, and fortunately, no casualties were reported. However, the shed’s collapse caused damage to the adjacent structure’s window panes.
According to reports, the shed was being constructed as part of the project’s amenities, and the cause of the collapse is being investigated.
The Lodha Bella Vita project is a luxurious residential complex that offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments in various configurations. The project is being developed by the Lodha Group, which is known for its premium residential projects across India.
