Pune: Farewell Ceremony Held for Class 10 Students at Bopkhel School

Pune, 18th February 2025: A farewell ceremony was organized today at Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation’s (PCMC) Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Bopkhel, to extend best wishes to Class 10 students appearing for their board exams. The event was graced by several dignitaries, including former PCMC Mayor . Hirabai (Nani) Ghule, former PCMC Corporator Bhausaheb (Nana) Supe, NCP activist Shashikant Ghule, young entrepreneur Sameer Jhapke, social workers Bhagyoday Ghule and Punekar News Founding Partner and Journalist Amit Singh, and sports teacher Aishwarya Sathe.

During the event, students shared their experiences and memories of the school. The dignitaries offered guidance and encouragement to the students, emphasizing the importance of hard work and perseverance in the upcoming board exams. The ceremony commenced with an inaugural speech by the esteemed Headmaster, Adinath Karad. The event was hosted by Sunita Palve, while the vote of thanks was delivered by the school’s supervisor, Sontakke.

Addressing the students, Chief Guest Hirabai Ghule urged them to excel in their exams and bring pride to both the school and the Bopkhel community. Meanwhile, Headmaster Karad expressed his heartfelt wishes for the students’ success and optimistically remarked that one day, a student from the school might have their signature on his retirement letter.

The event concluded on a note of encouragement and motivation, leaving the students inspired for their academic journey ahead.
