Pune: Father Dies In Car Accident, Son Held Responsible

Pune, December 10, 2020: A 75-year-old man died in an accident due to the high speed of the car. Now his son has been held responsible for the accident. A case has been registered by Wanwadi police station against the son who was driving the car.

The deceased has been identified as Pandurang Jayaram Kulkarni. Pandurang was traveling in a car with his son and daughter-in-law on the Pune-Solapur road on Monday night. His son was driving the car at high speed due to which the car hit a road divider and climbed on the divider.

Pandurang died on the spot in the accident. His son and daughter-in-law have sustained minor injuries. A case has been registered against Pandurang’s son, as he was responsible for the accident, police said. The matter is being investigated by Police Sub-Inspector Ahiwale.
