Pune: Father, Uncle Rape 17-Year-Old Girl, Molested By Grandfather

Pune, 17th November 2022: A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her father and uncle. Her grandfather had reportedly molested her, states an FIR.

The case has been registered by Vishrantwadi police station, Pune city police, against her father (49), uncle (33) and grandfather (70).

According to the information given by the police, the victim had gone to her native village in another between 2016 and 2018. At that time, her uncle repeatedly sexually assaulted her while her grandfather molested her. After that, the victim came to live with her family in Pune and her father also sexually assaulted her from time to time.

Police said that she didn’t disclose because of the abuses she was being subjected to by family members. Meanwhile, there was a counselling program in her college. At that time, she told the counselor about what happened to her. After that, when she came to the police station, a case of rape against her father and uncle, and a molestation case were filed against her grandfather.

Her father has been arrested, and a team will be sent to arrest the other two accused, informed Vishrantwadi police.
