Pune: FIR Registered Against Pergola De Pines In Kalyani Nagar For Illegal Construction

Kalyani Nagar, 7th May 2024: Based on the complaint from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), an FIR has been registered against the owner of the Pergola De Pines hotel for illegal constructions on the premises in Kalyani Nagar.
As per the FIR, the hotel owner flouted rules by illegally constructing the hotel premises, and two car parking among others. The constructions include 20 X 3 m, 6 X 1 m and 4 X 3 m.

The case has been registered for offences under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act. Assistant Police Inspector Vishwanath Todkari is further investigating the case.
