Pune: Fire Breaks Out in Plastic Scrap Godown in Hadapsar, No Injuries Reported
Hadapsar, 7th December 2024: A fire broke out in a plastic scrap godown situated near the Old MHADA Colony in Hadapsar’s Ramtekdi Suraksha Nagar area on Thursday. The godown is spread over approximately 15 guntha land.
Fire Officer Pramod Sonavane confirmed that the blaze was brought under control with the assistance of fire vehicles from Hadapsar Kale Borate Nagar, BT Kavade, and the Central Fire Station.
“No injuries or loss of life have been reported,” Sonavane stated, adding that cooling operations are currently underway to prevent any potential re-ignition.
