Pune Fire Brigade Rescues Minor Girl Who Accidentally Fell Down From Terrace And Got Trapped On Fourth Floor

Shukrawar Peth, 9th August 2021: A 14-year-old girl got stuck on the fourth floor of a building after she accidentally fell down from the five-storied building today. She was safely rescued by the Pune Fire Brigade.

According to the fire brigade, the incident took place around 9.30 am. The girl had gone to the terrace and fell down after losing balance. However, she got trapped on the window grille of a flat on the fourth floor. A woman had dropped a saree from her flat which helped the girl to stand there.

After getting information, the fire brigade team rushed to the spot. Some firemen spread a net above ground while others went to the terrace and dropped a rope for the girl. A fireman reached her with the help of movable stairs and brought her down.

The rescue included fire officer Sachin Mandawkar, Tandel Kailas Paygude, driver Raju Shelar and Jawans Rahul Nalawade, Atul Khopde, Maruti Devkule, Kishore Bane, Sanjay Patil, Akshay Gangad and Vitthal Shinde.
