Pune Flight Passengers Upset Over Long Lines At Conveyor Belts
Pune, 2nd November 2022: Passengers flying into and out of Pune are a grumpy bunch. Waiting for long periods at the conveyor belt during departure and arrival has become a daily occurrence for them.
The most recent victim is Saurabh Dugad, who complained about the delay in the luggage checking-in process on Tuesday morning at Pune airport. “Hello Air India, not that I want to disturb your busy schedule of not showing up on time, but we are kind of waiting to get our bags checked in at Pune airport at 5.50 am for a 7.30 am flight. See if you can spare some time for us,” he stated.
Passengers have repeatedly complained about long lines and the luggage check-in process being delayed by hours in recent weeks, particularly during the holiday season. Despite several complaints on social media and even with the Airport Authority of India (AAI), the situation hasn’t improved much.
