Pune FYJC Admission: Over 75,000 Students Apply, Second Merit List To Be Released on September 10

Pune, September 8, 2020: Over 75,000 students from Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad have applied for the second round of online Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for First Year Junior College (FYJC) admission. The merit list for this round will be released on September 10.

The online class XI admission process is being held for 304 junior colleges in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. The students were given the choice to make changes to their preference list of colleges for the second round between September 5 and 7. A total of 75,630 students had locked their preferences for the second round by Monday evening.

After the second merit list is declared, the students will be able to take admissions at the colleges assigned to them between September 10 and 12. It will be mandatory for those who have been assigned the colleges of their first preference to take admissions.
