Deccan Gymkhana, 17th September 2026: The Shree Krishna Mandal Trust at Khandoji Baba Chowk No. 4, Khilarewadi, Deccan Gymkhana, is celebrating the 87th year of its Ganeshotsav with a colourful and imaginative Candyland-themed pandal this year.

The mandal has transformed its pandal into a vibrant world inspired by candies, chocolates and childhood memories. One of the key attractions is a chocolate bungalow, popularly presented as “Chocolate Cha Bangla,” which has been drawing the attention of children and families.

The colourful decoration has been designed to recreate the excitement and innocence of childhood, giving devotees and visitors a unique experience alongside the traditional Ganeshotsav celebrations.

As part of the celebration, the mandal has also collaborated with Mapro, which is offering visitors free Falero Fruba, adding to the festive experience.

Speaking about the 87-year journey of the mandal and this year’s theme, the President of Shree Krishna Mandal Trust said, “This year marks the 87th year of our Ganeshotsav celebration. Through the Candyland theme, we wanted to bring back childhood memories and create a joyful experience for children and families. Our collaboration with Mapro is another effort to make the celebration more enjoyable for visitors.”

The pandal is located near Panchaleshwar Mahadev Mandir in Khilarewadi, at Khandoji Baba Chowk No. 4, Deccan Gymkhana.
