Pune: Gang attacks youth over old dispute in Hadapsar, attempts to create terror by pelting stones
Hadapsar, 18th April 2023: A youth was seriously injured by a gang due to an old dispute, and an incident of pelting stones at citizens occurred on 16th April at around 8 pm in the Hadapsar area of Pune, resulting in an attempt to create terror.
The injured person’s name is Shabaab Syed (19), a resident of Ghulam Alinagar, Hadapsar. A case has been registered against four people at the Wanwadi police station.
On 16th April, Shabaab was hanging out with his friends on the side of the road in the Syed Nagar area when a group of youths on a two-wheeler attacked him over an old dispute. They tried to hit him in the head. After that, the gang of youths created terror by pelting stones at citizens in the area. Assistant Police Inspector Jaywant Jadhav is currently investigating the case.
