Yuva Sena joint secretary Kalpesh Yadav had filed a complaint with the CET cell that the rules for filling seats in private colleges after the Central Admission Process (CAP) rounds and preparation of merit lists were ignored. In that background, CET Cell released a circular.

Instructions to implement the management process as per admission rules should be given to all private colleges through DTE. The circular states that admissions of students made in an irregular manner will not be approved by the Admission Regulatory Authority. Even before the admission process from CET cell starts, private colleges have given admissions under management quota in an illegal manner.

“There is a demand to cancel all these admissions and implement the management quota admission process as per the rules”, said Kalpesh Yadav, joint secretary of Yuva Sena.
