Pune: Kalyani Nagar Residents Offer Condolences for Tragic Loss of Young Lives

Kalyani Nagar, 19th May 2024: Residents of Kalyani Nagar gathered today at the accident spot outside Landmark Garden Society on East Avenue to offer condolences for the tragic loss of Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhiya, both hailing from Madhya Pradesh. They worked in an IT company in Kharadi.

The young lives were lost in a horrific accident involving a speeding Porsche on Sunday around 3 am.

At the bus stop where the accident occurred, a sombre atmosphere prevailed as people left tokens of remembrance such as placards, notes, wreaths, flowers, and candles. The community came together in a poignant display of grief and solidarity, hoping to draw the attention of authorities to the public’s bereavement and the urgent need for stricter enforcement of rules and regulations.

“We hope this outpouring of sorrow and support will prompt the authorities to take meaningful action to prevent such tragedies in the future,” said a local resident. “Our community is devastated, and we are united in our call for safer roads and stricter regulations.”
