Pune: Lawyer’s Partially Burnt Body Found In Pimpri-Chinchwad, Police Suspect Murder
Wakad, 2nd January 2023: A partially burnt body of a lawyer who went missing from Pimpri-Chinchwad on 31st December was recovered by the police. The body was found at Madanur on the Maharashtra-Telangana border. The deceased has been identified as Shivshankar Shinde.
A complaint has been filed at the Wakad police station. During a police search, the body was found in a partially burnt state. Shankar went missing from his office on 31st December 2022. Following this, his family filed a missing report at the Wakad police station. A few hours later, his body was found.
The police suspect that Shankar was involved in a fight with an unknown person at his Kalewadi office. The police are investigating if Shivshankar was abducted and killed.
