Pune : Man Murders Friend After His Extra Marital Affair With Friend’s Wife Revealed, Arrested
Pimpri Chinchwad 4th Oct 2023: The Pimpri Chinchwad Police have arrested a 21-year-old person for allegedly killing his friend after his extra marital affair with friend’s wife was revealed. The victim’s wife had lodged a missing complaint with police in the matter.
According to police, a missing complaint was registered at the Hinjewadi police station by a woman for her missing husband Kishore Pawar (30). The police team started investigation in the matter and revealed that Kishore was spotted going out with a friend on September 24. The police team detained the friend identified as Akshay Bhaskar Khillare (21) in the matter for questioning.
During the investigation Akshay confessed that he had a love affair with the deceased’s wife and he Pawar was aware of it and he started doubting them both. To get rid off the problem, he called Pawar on September 24 by saying that one of his friend has met with an accident and they need to rush for his help. Akshay took him near Mulshi dam and attacked him with a sharp weapon. Later he tied him and threw in the dam with an intention to destroy the evidence.
The police team has recovered the body of the deceased from the dam and a case under sections 364, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered. Akshay Khillare has been arrested for the offence and further investigation in the matter is underway.
