Pune, 11th November 2024: Independent candidate Manish Anand is gaining considerable traction in his campaign for the Chhatrapati Shivajinagar Assembly seat. Yesterday, he hosted a large rally in Yerwada, which saw an impressive turnout from local residents, reflecting growing public support.

Among the prominent attendees were local leaders from Yerwada, including Lakhan Pardeshi, Lakhan Pawar, Brijdeep Singh Sharma, Akhlaq Dhavalji, Ashfaq Dhavalji, Niranjan Kamble, Amol Dubey, Shlok, Adarsh Bhosale, and Girish Sonar.

In his speech, Anand addressed critical issues impacting Yerwada residents’ daily lives, such as inadequate drainage systems, sanitation, healthcare services, traffic congestion, unplanned infrastructure, and youth unemployment. “I’m not here just to talk. I’m here to listen, understand, and take meaningful action,” Anand remarked. “Together, let’s create a Yerwada we can be proud of—with modern infrastructure, efficient healthcare, and a safe, clean environment for all.”

To further his outreach, a padyatra (foot march) was held this morning in the Narveer Tanaji Wadi area.

During the march, Anand urged voters to support him, promising to address traffic congestion, job opportunities for local youth, and more organized development. A large number of dedicated supporters joined him in the padyatra.
