Pune Metro Partners With Rapido for Auto Feeder Services, Ramwadi First
Pune, 28th April 2026: In a move aimed at improving last-mile connectivity, Pune Metro has signed an agreement with Rapido to launch auto feeder services for commuters.
The initiative is expected to make travel to and from metro stations more seamless by providing convenient first-and-last mile transport options for passengers.
The service will be launched initially at Ramwadi Metro Station and later expanded in phases to all Pune Metro stations, officials said.
Pune Metro stated that the partnership will help commuters access stations more easily and encourage greater use of public transport.
The agreement was recently signed in the presence of General Manager Captain Dr Rajendra Saner-Patil (MMI/HR), Senior Deputy General Manager Sujit Kanade, and representatives from Rapido and Pune Metro.
