Pune: Minors Caught With Pistols After Bike Accident In Katraj Ghat
Katraj, 1st May 2023: A two-wheeler accident in Katraj Ghat has led to the discovery of a possible criminal conspiracy involving minors. Two minors and a youth were injured in the accident and taken to Sassoon Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, one of their companions managed to escape.
Upon investigating the scene, Bharti Vidyapeeth Police recovered two country-made pistols and two cartridges from the minors. The police have expressed suspicion that the group, including the injured youth, were preparing to commit a serious crime.
The injured Santosh Raju Paswan, aged 21 and resident of Benkar Vasti, Dhayri, has been charged along with the two minor children. The accident occurred when the minors, who were riding the bike, lost control of the vehicle while traveling with Paswan and a companion.
Police Constable Ganesh Kale has filed a complaint at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station. Sub-Inspector Jadhav is currently investigating the case.
