Pune : MLC Neelam Gorhe To Join Shivsena
Pune 7th July 2023: Member of legislative council and deputy speaker of the state legislative assembly will join Shivsena party led by Eknath Shinde in Mumbai today. Gorhe who remained with Uddhav Thackeray after the Eknath Shinde formed a seperate group has been one of the active woman leaders of Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray party.
According to reports, she along with two more leaders will join Shivsena today. The speculations about her joining Eknath Shinde faction have been doing rounds after the Chief Minister earlier visited her residence in Pune.
Earlier another powerful woman leader of Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray party Manisha Kayande had joined Eknath Shinde. With Neelam Gorhe joining Shivsena, Eknath Shinde’s party will have a support of 3 MLCs and 40 MLAs in the state. This comes at a time when news about Shivsena leaders planning to return to Uddhav Thackeray are doing rounds.
