Pune: NCB Seizes Drugs In Koregaon Park, Bavdhan; 3 Persons Nabbed
Pune, 30th March 2022: In its continuous fight against Drug Suppliers and Peddlers in Maharashtra, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai launched two operations at various places in Pune and seized 52 blots of LSD (commercial quantity), total 198 grams of Charas (intermediate quantity) and 5 grams of Cocaine (intermediate quantity). The action was taken yesterday and three persons have been nabbed.
NCB Zonal Director Brijendra Chowdhary said that on the basis of reliable information, a team of NCB Mumbai seized total 123 grams of Charas and 5 grams of Cocaine and intercepted two persons in the first operation.
In the second operation, the team seized 52 blots of LSD and 75 grams of Charas and intercepted one person.
The agency has registered two cases and further investigation is under progress.
