Pune: NCP City President Prashant Jagtap, 5 Others Arrested For COVID Norms Violation During Office Inauguration

Pune, 21st June 2021: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) office in Pune was inaugurated on Saturday by Deputy Chief Minister and Pune Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar. There was a big crowd of party supporters and members at this time. The crowds during the Corona period had drawn huge criticism for the NCP.

Pawar also expressed his displeasure over this and suggested action against the organizers. After that, the Pune Police registered a case on Sunday against 150 NCP workers, including NCP city president Prashant Jagtap. Today, six people, including Prashant Jagtap, were arrested by the Police.

They are expected to be released on bail soon.
