Pune: Nearly Two Lakh Executive Officers To Be Appointed In State In Wake Of Elections

Pune, 18th May 2023: The state government has taken a major decision regarding the upcoming elections of the local self-government bodies, Lok Sabha and Vidhansabha in the state. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule has announced in the meeting of the state executive of the BJP that the state government will appoint as many as 1.75 lakh special executive officers in the next fifteen days.

Bawankule said that 1.25 lakh workers of the BJP and 50,000 workers of the Shiv Sena will be given the contract. The booth-level presidents and divisional presidents of the BJP will be made special executive officers.

The state government is preparing for the elections and has announced a tentative plan for giving job opportunities to workers. These appointments will be made at the level of Guardian Minister and Collector. There will be no need for the permission of the state government for the same. Hence, in the upcoming fifteen days, the said enlistment will happen.
