Pune: New Parking Rules Planned In Yerwada For Smoother Roads Near Ishanya Mall And Hermes Society

Yerwada, 25th October 2023: Temporary changes in the parking system have been implemented under the Yerwada Traffic Division in Pune city to ensure safe and smooth traffic flow.
According to the Yerwada Traffic Division, the following changes have been made:
1) Badami Chowk to Sudama Bhel Center: No parking on both sides of the road.
2) Hermes Heritage Phase 2 & 3 Society In Gate to Shastrinagar Chowk: No parking on both sides of the road.
3) North side of Sudama Bhel to Ishanya Mall Chowk: No parking.
4) South side of Ishanya Mall Gate to Shantirakshak Chowk: Parking allowed.
5) Ishanya Mall Gate to Shantirakshak Chowk: P1 and P2 parking allowed.
6) Karne Hospital to Hermes Heritage Phase 2 and 3 Society in Gate: No parking on the left side, 50 meters on the right side for two-wheelers, and 50 meters parallel parking for four-wheelers.
Citizens with suggestions or objections regarding these temporary traffic changes are urged to submit them in writing to the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Control Branch, Near Yerwada Post Office, Bungalow No. 6, Jail Road, Pune, by November 7.
DCP Vijay Kumar Magar stated that final orders, considering citizens’ input and excluding essential service vehicles, will be issued regarding the traffic changes.
