Pune: New Post Office Inaugurated in Bavdhan with Pin Code 411071

Bavdhan, 1st January 2025: With the growing expansion of Pune and the aim of providing India Post services to local citizens, a new post office has been inaugurated in Bavdhan. As a result, Bavdhan now has its own pin code, 411071.

Previously, residents of Bavdhan had to travel to the distant Pashan Post Office to access India Post services. The establishment of the new post office has significantly enhanced convenience for the citizens of Bavdhan and nearby areas.

The Bavdhan Post Office was inaugurated by Amitabh Singh, Chief Postmaster General of the Maharashtra Circle. The event was attended by Pune Division Postmaster General Ramchandra Jaybhaye, Director of Postal Services Simran Kaur, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices (Pune City West Division) Rippan Dullet, along with other officers and staff members.

Aligned with the motto “Dak Seva Jan Seva,” which translates to “Post Service Public Service,” the Bavdhan Post Office will provide various services tailored to the needs of the citizens. This new facility is expected to greatly benefit the residents of Bavdhan and its surrounding areas.
