Pune : Newborn Baby Boy Found Abandoned In Nullah, Case Registered
Bhosari 16th Sept 2023: In a shocking incident reported in a Bhosari area on Friday, a newborn baby was found abandoned in a nullah near a slum area. The incident came to light after citizens noticed the baby and informed the local police who were then rushed to the spot. The child was found at around 8 am on Friday.
The police have lodged a case against an unidentified person in the matter. According to officials, the baby boy was found dead at the time of the incident inside a Nullah. It is suspected that the parents of the child abandoned him in the nullah. The police have registered a case against an unidentified person under sections 318 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation in the matter is underway.
