Pune News: 25-Year-Old Biker Dies of Suspected Heart Attack Near Katraj Tunnel

Katraj, 10th November 2025: A 25-year-old two-wheeler rider, identified as Deepak Jagannath Hirgude, a resident of Tapkir Estate in Ambegaon Pathar, reportedly died of a suspected heart attack late on Saturday night. The incident occurred around 12.30 am when Hirgude was riding his motorcycle near Katraj tunnel.

Following the incident, another motorcyclist, Omkar Kadam, a resident of Katraj, lodged a complaint at the Ambegaon police station regarding the mishap.
Assistant Police Inspector Firoz Mulani from Ambegaon police station is conducting further investigation into the case.
