Pune: Nigerian Citizen Arrested With Mephedrone Drugs Worth Rs 7.14 Lakh
Wanowrie, 23rd September 2022: The sleuths from the Anti-Narcotics Cell-2 (ANC) of the Pune city police crime branch have arrested a Nigerian national and seized Mephedrone (MD) drugs worth Rs 7.14 lakh from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Eric Cyril Chanedu (24), a resident of Morya Heights, Handewadi- Hadapsar. Acting on a tip-off, Eric was arrested on September 21 by a team led by Police Inspector Sunil Thopte.
An FIR has been registered with Wanowrie police station and further investigation is going on.
