Pune: No Water Supply In The Entire City On November 2, Some Areas On November 3 Also

Pune, October 30, 2020: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced that the water supply will be disrupted on November 2 to the entire city for urgent infrastructure repair work. However, water will be available from November 3 at low pressure.

“This decision has been taken for urgent repair works of the infrastructure and electric repair works as well, which will require an entire day. Therefore, water treatment plants will be closed and the civic body will not be able to supply water”, PMC issued a statement.

This list captures the entire city including all Peth areas, Deccan, Shivajinagar, Swargate Parvati, Satara Road, Mukund Nagar, Dattawadi, Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Erandwane, Aundh, Pashan, Bopodi, Khadki, Bavdhan and Warje.

The areas dependent on Pune Cantonment water supply will not have water on November 3 as well. These areas include Kharadi, Pune Station, Koregaon Park, Dhanori, and Nagar road area.
