Pune: Offensive Post On Social Media About BJP Leader Prasad Lad, FIR Registered

Katraj, 21st December 2022: Bharti Vidyapeeth Police station (Pune City Police) has registered a case against one person for circulating offensive content about Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vice President of Maharashtra State unit Prasad Lad and his family on social media.
In this regard, a case has been registered against the social media account holder named Mayur Borale. Manisha Rajabhau Kadam (44) has filed a complaint at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station.
On the social media account of ‘Amhi Congresskar’, Borale had circulated offensive content about Lad and his family. This matter was noticed by Manisha Kadam. Kadam then lodged a complaint with the police.
A case has been registered under Information Technology Act as well as in the case of dissemination of defamatory content. Police Sub-Inspector Shinde is investigating the case further.
