Pune: Online CET For Class XI Application Forms Are Up From Today

Pune,20 July 2021: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) for the first time in the state is conducting Common entrance test for the first time in the state, a pre-admission test (CET) will be held for Class XI admission. Students will be able to apply for the CET online exam from July 20 to July 26. The CET exam will be held on August 21 from 11 am to 1 pm.

 

The students were curious as to what would be the syllabus for the CET for taking admissions in class eleventh. However, English, Mathematics (Parts 1 and 2), Science and Technology (Parts 1 and 2), Social Sciences (History and Political Science, Geography) will be asked a total of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 25 marks each.

 

Due to Corona, 25% subject-wise syllabus has been omitted for the academic year 2020-21 and no questions will be asked on this syllabus in the exam. State students will not have to pay examination fees for CET. However, CBSE and other board students will have to pay a fee of Rs 178 for the CET exam.

 

The CET exam will be conducted through the OMR sheet. Students will be given one of the examination centres fixed by the Board for the examination. The examination centre will be given considering the address mentioned by the student in the application. Students must choose the medium while filling up the examination form. Disabled students should fill up the application form carefully; an appeal has been made by the Board.

 

The state board released the subject matter for the 11th CET on Monday.  However, a few days ago, a CET preparation book based on these factors was released.  Therefore, those who work in this process have done the work of conveying the information to the subject elements in open before the students understand.  There is still no clarification regarding will there be any action taken against those who are making a profit in the name of CET.
