Pune: Pankaja Munde Praises Ajit Pawar’s Efforts in Baramati’s Development

Baramati, 16th January 2025: Minister of Environment and Climate Change of Maharashtra, Pankaja Munde, was on a tour in Baramati, Pune District. During her visit, she was surprised by the development Baramati has undergone. She credited Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Baramati MLA Ajit Pawar for its progress, noting his constant focus on the area’s development.

Cabinet Minister Pankaja Munde visited Baramati for the inauguration of a state-level Kabaddi tournament. She toured various development projects in Baramati City and Taluka, gathering detailed information about them. Munde praised Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, saying, “There are many things to learn from Ajit Pawar, including his personality, discipline, punctuality, planning, and method of working quickly.”

Expressing enthusiasm about Baramati’s development, Munde stated, “Today, I got the opportunity to look at Baramati and its development from a different perspective. The quality of various development works carried out in the Baramati constituency is very good.” She noted that Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar keeps a close eye on every project in the Baramati constituency, starting his day at six in the morning and focusing on executing every task in a planned manner.

Munde expressed her determination to develop Marathwada, including her constituency, along the lines of Baramati. She acknowledged the unique relationship Ajit Pawar has with Baramati’s development, citing the benefits of his long experience and years in power.

Speaking further, Munde said, “I didn’t think I would come to Baramati. Today is not a Pawar Pack but a Power Pack program. This morning was different; usually, my mornings consist of four to five cups of tea and stressful news. Call me at Baramati every month. I can learn professionalism here.”

She mentioned that Ajit Pawar had asked her to meet him at 7:45 AM, but when she arrived at 7:31 AM, he was already waiting in the car. Munde expressed her desire to return to Baramati, saying she could learn from the practices there.

Munde also noted Ajit Pawar’s wish to set up a large veterinary clinic in Baramati, promising to support the initiative. She expressed admiration for the agricultural practices that allow dryland farmers to achieve excellent crops. Concluding her remarks, Munde wished for every taluka and district to progress like Baramati, acknowledging the collective efforts of the entire Pawar family in the region’s development.
