Pune: Passenger Dies As Overloaded Autorickshaw Overturns in Pimple Gurav
Sangvi, 14th December 2023: A youth lost his life when the autorickshaw he was travelling overturned due to the driver’s reckless driving. The incident took place on the morning of November 3, 2023 on the 60 feet road in Pimple Gurav.
The victim, identified as Sagar Surendra Sathi (26) of Dapodi, was sitting beside the driver, who has been identified as Sujal Rajesh Kedari (19) of Dapodi. The driver was reportedly speeding and had loaded the rickshaw beyond its capacity, with Sagar occupying the seat meant for the driver.
An FIR was registered at Sangvi Police Station on Wednesday autorickshaw driver Kedari.
