Pune: Passenger Injured As PMPML Bus Catches Fire Near Kharadi Bypass Chowk
Kharadi, February 22, 2021: A passenger sustained injuries as the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPMPL) bus he was travelling in caught fire.
The incident took place around 10 am today near Kharadi Bypass chowk. The driver of the bus saw smoke emanating from the bus. Before he could park the bus on the roadside and ask the passengers to get down, the front portion of the bus was engulfed in fire.
The fire brigade rushed to the spot and doused the fire. Meanwhile, one passenger had sustained injuries in the fire incident.
