Pune: PCMC Standing Committee Approves Expenditure Of Rs 79.12 Crores

Pimpri, July 7, 2021: The Standing Committee approves the expenditure of Rs. 79.12 crores for various development works being implemented by the Corporation.

Today’s meeting of the Standing Committee was held online at the main administrative building of the Municipal Corporation at Pimpri. The meeting was chaired by Adv. Nitin Landge.

Here is the Approved expenditure for different places:

  • Rs. 4.19 crores were sanctioned under City Slum Rehabilitation, for repair work of buildings, water supply, electricity, drainage works in Link Road Patrashed Package No. 7 A.

 

  • Rs. 33.77 lakhs was sanctioned for annual contract cleaning and choking of drainage pipes in the C ward.

 

  • Rs. 53 lakh 54 thousand for cleaning 110 seats of toilets/urinals in ward no.

  • Rs. 81 lakhs and Rs. 1.90 crores were sanctioned for cleaning of toilets and urinals in ward no. 16 and ward no 18.

  • Rs. 37.08 lakhs for In Ward No. 6, Sadguru Nagar, Landage Vasti, Mahadev Nagar, and surrounding areas.

  • Rs. 60 lakhs for various departments of the Corporation, Medical Departments, Various Hospitals for regular day-to-day work as per requirement from time to time as well as for printing work to be done as per demand was also approved.

  • Rs 57.68 lakhs was sanctioned for the development of the park at Pimple Nilakh A. No. 398.

  • Rs. 29.40 lakhs under Chinchwad Sewage Treatment Plant, for carrying out drainage improvement works in Kalewadi, Adarsh Nagar, Pawannagar, and other areas in Ward No. 22 and for laying drainage pipes in the remaining places.

  • Rs 3.20 crores for Pune Transport Corporation  for various concessional rate passes in the year 2019-20.

  • Rs 55.90 lakhs was sanctioned for the arrangement of alternative feeder and ancillary works at Ravet S.No. 96 of the Corporation.

  • Rs 1.05 crores for the development plan for the road from Pune-Alandi road to Charholi-Lohegaon boundary.

  • Rs. 1.16 crores for 6 months after the commencement of schools has been approved. It has become a priority to appoint 88 teachers for Marathi medium and 23 teachers for Urdu in municipal corporations secondary schools.

  • Rs 5 crore for Bhosari, Jijamata, Thergaon, and Akurdi hospitals for the supply of liquid oxygen and medical gas-liquid oxygen for the treatment of patients.

 

  • Rs. 28.61 lakhs for the development of roads in the area from Shri Krishna Mandir in ward no. 32 to Bank of Maharashtra to Sangvi Phata.

  • Rs. 33.67 lakhs for the improvement of drainage-related works in the newly developed road in ward no. 21 of Pimpri.

 

  • Rs. 40.94 lakhs for filling the ditches on the east side of Pune-Nashik road in Ward No. 6 with gravel and MPM system.

  • Rs. 81.22 lakhs for concreting the road from Ward No. 15 Mohannagar Kaman to Mehta Hospital
